The Digidim 503 AV RS232 Interface is a DIN-rail mounted device which provides two-way communication between a serial RS232 port on a Personal Computer, or AV system, and:
- Digidim/DALI systems (whether standalone, or Toolbox or 924 programmed)
- 900 Lighting Router
- 910 Digidim Router
- 920 Imagine Router
The AV Interface enables external serial devices to have basic control over the system, as well as make basic queries on the system status. For this purpose, the system commands are documented and openly available from Helvar. The AV Interface has full optical isolation between the system and the serial RS232 port.
- Permits the connection of a DIGIDIM system to RS232
- DIN-rail mounted
- Status led
- 4 kV isolation between DALI and the RS232 port
- Terminal blocks for wiring
