A luxurious new dining and entertainment precinct, the Social Quarter, was officially opened at Chadstone Shopping Centre on the 1st of March 2023.
Lightmoves completed Dynalite lighting control for 3 exciting projects within the precinct – Piccolina Gelateria, Urban Alley Brewery and the public terrace space.

Piccolina Chadstone is now the 3rd Piccolina to have chosen a Philips Dynalite lighting control system provided by the Lightmoves team, along with Richmond and Hawthorn.

Likewise, the new Urban Alley Chadstone is the second Urban Alley completed with Dynalite lighting control by Lightmoves – the first expansive site in Melbourne’s Docklands has been operating since 2018.
The Terrace

The Social Quarters’ cohesive design seamlessly integrates 17 new venues, with a light-filled public terrace tying the space together. Lightmoves provided lighting control with Dynalite and linked the terrace in with BMS for time scheduling. Integration was a breeze – public spaces within the centre operate entirely under a Dynalite system.
