Corporate suites - Homesglen Institute of TAFE
Holmesglen Institute of TAFE operates a Conference Centre comprising eight rooms with capacity up to 48 persons. Lightmoves supplied, installed and programmed all of the Audio Visual and Architectural Dimming systems throughout the Centre.
Two of the rooms, the Board Room and the Conference Room, have comprehensive, fully integrated Audio Visual equipment including sound reinforcement, video & data projection and remote control of all facilities. Portable colour touch-screens provide control of all Audio Visual equipment, as well as the dimming, for each room.
Lightmoves also installed Paging and Background Music systems and undertook the fit-out of the Training Room.
The Conference Centre is hired by business and other groups, and so a critical requirement is that presenters can quickly understand the installed equipment and feel comfortable and confident in using it.
Lightmoves ensured that the system looks elegant, and is easy to control. People are be able to quickly locate the equipment they need, and find its control to be intuitive.
Remote control touch panels utilise clear graphic symbols to make control of the room simple.
Conveniently located connection plates provide simple connection of computers for presentations.
In addition to the public rooms, the Director's Meeting Room was also equipped with a full complement of equipment so that confidential meetings and presentations can take place in private.
