Footy Memorabilia Football Match Simulator

Have you ever dreamt you would be the next Tony Lockett? Or wonder what it would be like to host channel nine's “The Footy Show?” Now everyone can get a glimpse at Melbourne 's own AFL Hall of Fame and Sensation. This mini entertainment complex uses the latest interactive technology to take the visitors on an adventure through the highs and lows of this great Australian sport.

Being fans of the sport themselves, Lightmoves assisted the AFL Hall of Fame and Sensation to realise their lighting potential. Having worked on many themed environments, Lightmoves has an eminent reputation in this field. This reputation was endorsed with successful design and supply of lighting equipment and Dynalite lighting control for the display, exhibition and interactive activity centres.

Lightmoves worked in conjunction with the interactive game designers and developers to achieve state of the art sensory experiences. These include kicking a goal on grand final day and giving the visitors the ability to watch themselves on a large screen whilst playing against an opponent.

You too can host The Footy ShowAs well as much fun and interactivity, a great deal of historic memorabilia is on display. Lightmoves was required to follow strict Heritage Conservation Guidelines. This involved intricate dimming of display cabinet lighting as too much light and UV rays can cause damage to some historic pieces.

The complex can also be transformed into a function area holding up to 1500 people. Exhibition designers and constructors required a multifunctional lighting system to cater for such events. As a result, Lightmoves developed a range of commercial light fittings based on theatrical styled light fittings.
