Lightmoves Applauds IES Award Winners
The recent awards dinner for the IES Victorian and Tasmanian chapter saw many high profile projects being rewarded for their excellence in lighting design.
The major awards for excellence went to Electrolight for the stunning lighting feature on the roof of AAMI stadium, and to Point Of View for the Saffire Freycinet boutique resort in Tasmania. Lightmoves worked in conjunction with Electrolight and Space Cannon Australia, to provide the 1544 custom Space Cannon fittings and the various controllers and media servers behind them, that create the visual feast at AAMI Park, and supplied the Philips Dynalite control system to the entire Saffire installation. Congratulations to Electrolight and POV for these much deserved awards.
Lightmoves would also like to congratulate Electrolight for receiving an honourable mention on the West Gate Freeway feature portal lighting project.
